The
main arena can be configured in various ways,
depending on the event type and special
requirements. The number of available seats will
vary from configuration-to-configuration, including if
a specific event needs custom configurations.
There are four types of seating available with in the
arena: |

| There
are six default arena configurations, which are
typically utilized for event in the main arena. Any of
these configurations can be modified for specific
needs. Below is a listing of the default
configurations and related maps for
viewing. |

LOAD-IN |
Main
Arena and Annex Building Load-in and Load-out
is accomplished from the from the east end of the main
arena building. Parking for trucks and other
event vehicles is available in the East and Southeast
parking lots, near the load-in doors. Please
coordinate with arena staff in advance if there will
be a moderate number of vehicles that will need staged
parking for load-in.
There is room for one truck at a time to
pull into the indoor load-in staging area. This
staging area serves both the main arena and annex
complex. |

Security is the responsibility of the event
operator, the Butte Civic Center does not
provide load-in security, but can assist in the event
operator in arranging for needed security, please contact
us.

BACKSTAGE
|
| The
Butte Civic Center does not have dedicated built-out
backstage areas. Please fell free to contact
us
if
we can assist in the setting-up of customized
backstage facilities. It is the responsibility
of the event operator to arrange for and provide at
their cost backstage facilities and services, as
follows: |
